Massage Bliss Boosters

{A hot towel will be gently compressed onto your face at the end of each massage session (excluding Mindful Meditation Massage).}

Aromatherapy – Add an essential oil to your massage oil or request it to be added into the diffuser for an elevated sensory experience

Candlelight – Create a relaxing atmosphere with multiple flameless candles to envelope you in a warm, visual hug

Hot Oil – Enjoy the comforting sensation of warmed oil being used to melt away all of the day’s tension

Cupping – Work through areas of restricted movement to increase mobility, circulation, and decrease tension (may leave bruise-like markings at the area of treatment)

Hot Stones – Try out a few hot stones to relax the tissues before manual massage techniques are applied; perfect for those who may not want to commit to a full Hot Stone treatment

Pre-Massage Dry Brush Exfoliation – Gentle exfoliation with dry brushes, followed by hot towels to remove any dead skin cells that have been removed. Other benefits may include lymphatic system stimulation, toxin removal, and an increase in circulation & energy

Post-Massage Relax Lounge – Rest, relax, meditate, or nap after your session is over without having to move a muscle. Once the massage is over, a timer will be set for your chosen time, your head will be supported with a pillow, an eye pillow will be draped over your eyelids, a hot stone placed in each hand, and the music will continue on for you to take extra time on the table. After the timer gently brings your consciousness back to the room (no jarring sounds, we promise!), a glass of water will be waiting for you once you rouse yourself and start the process of leaving your cocoon.
